Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MesoFoundry Strength (the “app”), operated by MesoFoundry LLC (“MesoFoundry”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use MesoFoundry Strength. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, you’ll need a parent or guardian’s permission to use the app. MesoFoundry Strength is a strength-training tool, not a service for young children, and is intended for people old enough to train independently.

Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@mesofoundry.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

The trial and subscriptions

New accounts start on the Free plan, at no cost. Free includes the mesocycle builder, manual logging, your full training history, unlimited custom exercises, up to two saved templates, and basic charts, on a single device, with your data kept on that device.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription at $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year (US prices; the store shows the price in your currency before you confirm). It adds automated progression, deep analytics, backup and sync across your devices, Lift With Friends, and unlimited templates.

Free trial. Premium comes with a 14-day free trial, started from inside the app and run by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store asks for a payment method when the trial starts. When the trial ends, the subscription you chose begins and you’re charged through the store, unless you turn off auto-renewal before the trial ends.

Billing and renewal. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price and length, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. If auto-renewal is off, Premium continues until the end of the period already paid for, and the account then moves to Free; your data is not deleted. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policies. We don’t process or store your payment card details.

Prices are subject to change; we’ll give reasonable notice before any change takes effect for existing subscribers, and the store will tell you as its rules require.

Acceptable use

Use MesoFoundry Strength for its intended purpose: planning and logging your own strength training. Don’t: attempt to access another user’s account or data; reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the app or its content; interfere with the app’s operation or security; or use the app for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Health disclaimer

MesoFoundry Strength provides training plans, progression logic, and logging tools based on general strength-training principles. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare provider or coach. Talk to a physician before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have an existing injury, medical condition, or other reason to exercise caution. You are responsible for listening to your body and training within your own limits. Use of the app and its recommendations is at your own risk.

Your content

You own the training data you enter — your mesocycles, logs, notes, and custom exercises. By using the app, you grant us the limited right to store, process, and sync that data as needed to operate the service (for example, storing it with Supabase for Premium cloud sync, as described in our Privacy Policy). We don’t claim ownership of your training data and don’t use it for anything beyond running and improving the app.

Our content

The MesoFoundry Strength app, its design, the “MesoFoundry Strength” name and mark, and the progression engine and its underlying logic are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. These terms don’t grant you any rights to our branding or source code beyond what’s needed to use the app as intended.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular training outcome will result from using it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MesoFoundry and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app, including from following its training recommendations.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see Support for how). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising under them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
